Do I need to pre-register before attending?
Yes. Please pre-register and complete the online application form to help us process your application faster onsite. This is an invite-only event, and we won't be accepting walk-ins. You’ll receive an email invitation from our Recruitment team a week before the event.
How long will the process take?
It may take 3-4 hours onsite depending on assessments, interviews, and applicant volume.
What is the recruitment process like on the day of the event?
Registration > Workday profile screening > Coding assessment > HR interview
Once you pass the assessment interview, the next step is a take-home Data Challenge. Candidates who clear the challenge will advance to the final Power Day in October.
Will job offers be given during the event?
Qualified candidates who successfully complete the process will be scheduled on a different day via Zoom call. Some applicants may be asked to complete additional clearances if needed.
